In 2020, 10 agents from 3 ministries in France received more than 20,000 euros per month, according to a report.
Crazy cash was distributed in the ministries. At least this is what emerges from an annual report consulted by Public Actors and relayed by several media including Capital.fr . According to Capital , in 2020, in 3 ministries, 10 agents received more than 20,000 euros per month.
“Under the law of August 6, 2019 on the transformation of the civil service, administrations are required to show white paw, in particular with regard to remuneration. Acteurs Publics obtained the draft annual report on the state of the public service. In this document, are unveiled the 10 highest salaries paid in 2020 in each ministry, without revealing the function ”, informs the media.
The report also revealed that the top 10 salaries of each of the 11 ministerial departments total nearly 2 million euros in 2020, or 16,420 euros gross monthly. The source adds that they were mainly men. But, what are the ministries involved.
To this question, Capital retorts: “in detail, the Ministry of Ecology is the one that paid the highest salaries in 2020. Each of the 10 best paid agents received an average of nearly 264,000 euros gross annually, or approximately 22,000 euros gross monthly. The threshold of 20,000 euros gross per month was also crossed at the Ministry of the Interior and Bercy where the 10 highest incomes respectively received on average 20,900 euros and 20,500 euros monthly. ”
