Covid scandal: a fraud organized by the WHO allowed a private practice to earn $ 11.72 million in 2020

A report, published on June 17 and consulted by Lecourrier-du-soir.com, unveiled a big scheme orchestrated by the WHO (World Health Organization) to promote the American private practice, BCG Consultancy, which won, in full Coronavirus pandemic, 8 contracts including 2 invoiced each at 5.40 million dollars

The World Health Organization splashed with a serious patronage scandal that clearly amounts to disguised corruption. At least this is what emerges from a report published by the 72nd WHO Assembly that Lecourrier-du-soir.com has obtained . In the report released on June 17, it is clearly pointed out that the WHO violated its own charter to award hefty contracts to a US consulting firm known as BCG Consulting.

In fact, on page 16 of the report consulted by our editorial staff, we learn that for the year 2020 alone, the WHO spent $ 332.79 million to seek the advice of private practices in the context of management. of the Coronavirus pandemic, early March 2020.

So far, so good. But, the big concern is that 8 contracts, in the amount of 11.72 million dollars, were awarded (under totally unclear conditions) to a company dubbed (in the report) Consultancy A and that the American media VOX. com identifies as BCG Consultancy. This American cabinet won two contracts worth 5.40 million dollars which aroused the curiosity of the rapporteurs.

Most serious in this case, according to the report, is that the consulting firm began its work before obtaining the approval of the WHO. With that, the report's revelation is mind-boggling. “The proposal for approval was launched almost 4 months after Consultancy A began its mission,” informs the WHO assembly.

And that's not all. For the sake of transparency and to cut short rumors about possible favoritism, the WHO will launch a call for tenders to which 4 private firms have applied. To be selected, a private practice had to obtain a score of 42. And only two practices (Consultancy A and Consultancy D) met the selection criteria.

But, bad news for the WHO, Consultancy D gets a higher rating. However, the international institution does not especially want to let go of BCG Consultancy. So she changes the rules of the game and scams the notes. In the end, BCG Consultancy ends up being selected.
