Spain: the State declarAes war on justice and refuses to reveal the vaccine contracts signed with Pfizer

Spanish justice says niet. A month ago, on August 2 more precisely, Lecourrier-du-soir.com , based on reliable Spanish sources, relayed the verdict of the Superior Court of the Balearic Islands (TSIB) which had given 10 days to the State Spanish to unveil the contracts signed with Pfizer.

More than ten days later, with no response from the Spanish government, Lecourrier-du-soir.com had contacted the legal team of the Liberum Association, which had filed the complaint for these contracts to be made available to the public. . Lawyer Luis Pardo had replied to us, promising that he would keep us informed of the progress of the case.

But, apparently, the Spanish State did not want to follow up and intends to fight a legal battle. This is at least the information that our media obtained this September 05 from 20minutos.es . Indeed, according to this source, the Spanish Medicines Agency has categorically refused to send the contracts to justice, citing the confidentiality clauses which make any attempt to reveal the sensitive content of these contracts impossible.

This September 05, at the announcement of the news, the reactions on social networks were virulent. Some have gone so far as to call the Spanish government “fascist”.

“When there is no transparency… and especially in terms of health, it sucks,” laments journalist J. Rviera.

A surfer, shocked by this refusal, lets his anger explode. “The Ministry of Health refuses to forward the vaccine contracts to the Balearic Court, hiding behind confidentiality clauses. But, where was the privacy of citizens when they were forced to present a Sanitary Pass at the entrance to a disco?”, he wonders.

It must be said that this refusal is a cold shower for the Liberum Association which was delighted with the verdict rendered by the court in a press release read by Lecourrier-du-soir.com . “From Liberum's legal team, we positively assess the unprecedented legal breakthrough. Finally, citizens will be able to have access to all these clauses illegally stolen (hidden) from the whole society. We have said it more than once. The Covid does not dictate everything”, reacted the association, before concluding its press release with these three mottos: “we will win, we are the resistance, long live freedom”.

A month later, things are not in favor of Liberum. Will the Association go through with its fight against the Spanish State?

Time will tell us!
