Assad: Syria terrorism directly supported by France and the UK

Paris and London provide assistance to terrorists in Syria, said Assad in his interview with the Russian news agency RIA Novosti, adding that Turkey and Saudi Arabia also supported the terrorists.

"Terrorism is a real problem. We have to fight against them at international level, because terrorism does not only exist in Syria. Terrorism exists in Iraq. It is supported by Turkey. The royal family of Saudi Arabia and a number of western states, including France and the United Kingdom support it directly, "said Assad RIA Novosti .

Syrian President lamented that other countries are watching this as happening without reacting. "They do not do any serious work on it," he lamented.

Assad also addressed the issue of migrants. He said Western countries are no longer working on the resolution of the causes of migration crisis. All their decisions are intended to solve external problems, such as assistance to people who have already emigrated and do not see the crisis as a whole.
