Dubai Is Making A $5 Billion Moon Resort
Dubai is set to construct a $5 billion moon resort. The moon resort will include a nightclub, event space, lounge, international meeting place, spa and wellness area, and an internal moon shuttle.
Dubai could construct a $5 billion (AED18 billion) moon structure as a moon resort, claims Canadian architectural firm and intellectual property licensor Moon World Resorts Inc. (MWR).
Sandra G. Matthews and Michael R. Henderson were the resort’s founders and proposed the idea. Its overall height will be 735 feet (224 meters), and construction is anticipated to take 48 months.
Moon Dubai hoped that when it was finished, the economy of the emirate would grow in the areas of hospitality, entertainment, tourist attractions, education, technology, and space tourism.
Moon Dubai will be the largest and most successful modern tourism project in the MENA region. According to Moon World Resorts, it “can comfortably handle 10 million yearly tourists.”
Henderson predicts that “Moon Dubai” will have a substantial influence on the emirate’s economy. Tourism, transportation, real estate—commercial and residential, infrastructure, financial services, aviation and space, energy, MICE, agriculture, technology, and education are all included in this. Additionally, according to Henderson, this will “firmly plant the UAE flag into the forefront of space exploration,” luring millions of space enthusiasts from around the world to experience everything Dubai has to offer.
The moon resort will include a nightclub, event space, lounge, international meeting place, spa and wellness area, and an internal “moon shuttle,” the precise details of which have yet to be revealed.
Moon Dubai is anticipated to operate in accordance with a built-out 5-star benchmark, a gold LEED certification, and an operational 5-diamond resort standard.
Moon World Resorts Inc. claims that the suites will feature the most advanced clean, fresh, and antibacterial air technology, vitamin-infused filtered water infrastructure, and accommodations that are non-toxic, recyclable, biodegradable, eco-friendly, and free of animal testing. The suites will have the latest cutting-edge technology.
MWR plans to license four Moon destination resorts around the globe, one in each of the continents of North America, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and Asia.
